She suffered heart and lung failure and died the following day at Holy cross Hospital in Silver Spring, Maryland.
Tape is currently an internal medicine practitioner at Kaiser Permanente. Born August 17, 1944, she’s a 1977 graduate of the medical school of the University of Maryland. She was fined $5,000 by the Maryland medical board in March of 2012: “The physician affirmed in her 2011 renewal application that she had obtained the required CME credit hours when she had not.” No other disciplinary action shows up about her on the medical board web site.
