Mary Dausinger Hosang, age 29, died at West Suburban Hospital of Oak Park, Illinois on November 10, 1943.
She had been admitted to the hospital the previous Monday in critical condition from abortion complications. Prior to her death she told police that the abortion had been perpetrated by a woman on 63rd Street, but declined to name the abortionist.
