Mrs. Dietrich, whose profession was only given as “abortion provider”, was arrested, but acquitted for reasons not given in the source document.

In a 1902 ad in the Chicago Tribune (see image), Dietrich advertises herself as a graduate of the University of Leipsic, offering a “private home for ladies before and during confinement; best care in all cases; skillful physicians; 16 years’ experience.”
